Donna St Amant is a metalsmith who fabricates jewelry and small functional objects from her home based studio in Westport, MA. She began exploring and manipulating metal in 2009 and enthusiastically continued with workshops, university classes, seminars, books, and hours at the bench to hone her skills. Along the way, she focused on several ancient techniques: Chasing and Repousse’, Granulation, and Keum Boo. After retiring from her 31 year career as an engineer in 2020, she now joyfully plays in her studio full-time.
